When you need to make a claim is the time when you need your insurance provider to be able to empathise with you, help you and assist you in dealing with your problem for you in a professional, courteous and respectable manner.
Our dedicated claims team are experienced in dealing with various types of claims and will assist you wherever possible in this traumatic time from registering the claim with the insurance company, liaising with Loss Adjusters and insurers, through to settlement - and pride themselves on the high standards they set themselves. The service and support you receive in the early part of a claim may also mean any further potential loss is minimised giving benefit to you and your insurance company.
In the unfortunate event of an incident occurring please contact our claims department during business hours on 0191 284 8545. However, if the incident occurs outside of business hours please refer to your Insurer's policy booklet which will provide you with emergency telephone numbers.

Should you or one of your drivers be involved in an accident which may lead to vehicle damage there will be no need to look for estimates. D Bell & Son will come out to your home, office or factory and estimate on site.
